I have worked with a broad range of populations, from children to older adults, acting as a personal trainer, coach and leader. My education and experience makes me capable of developing individualized programs to meet a variety of needs, from improved athletic performance to improved quality of life.
Having been involved in athletics and fitness my whole life, and armed with a decade of hands-on industry experience, I have an established wellness philosophy based upon a balanced approach and commitment to healthy living.
